Target various muscle groups and engage in a full-body workout routine

Standing adduction
Anchor a loop band at ankle height to a support and stand with your right side facing the support, wrapping the free end around right (outer) ankle.
Stand perpendicular to the band and step away from the support to create some tension. From a wide stance, get into a quarter squat. Pull your right leg in toward your left, working against the resistance. Slowly return to the starting position.
Repeat for 15 reps, then switch legs.

Upright rows
With your feet positioned over the centre of the band, shoulder-width apart, grip the band with your palms toward you and position them just in front of your thighs.
Use your elbows to pull the band straight up the front of your body to shoulder level, keeping your elbows bent and positioned in a high V.
Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
Repeat for 10-12 reps.
Pull-apart
Grab the band in each hand. If the band is very long, let it dangle and hold onto the actual band so that there is no slack.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Extend your arms straight out, palms facing away from your body. Make sure there is enough tension in the band that it is a challenge to pull your arms apart, but not so much that you have to strain to do so.
Keeping your arms straight, pull the band apart until you feel the tension. Return to the starting position.
Repeat for 10 reps.

Standing chest press
Anchor the band on a cable column or sturdy support at chest height. Holding the band with both hands with your back to the band.
Step forward to reduce the slack, positioning your hands at chest height. With your elbows up and your palms facing down, press the band straight out in front of you until your arms reach full extension, and squeeze your chest muscles. Return to the starting position.
Repeat for 12–15 reps.

Side lunge lateral raises
Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart, hold the band with your right hand and step onto the band with your right foot. Step out to the side with your left leg, lunge, and take your right hand toward your left foot.
Use your right foot to push you back to the starting position and raise your right arm out to the side until your elbow is at shoulder height.
Keep your back straight, engage your core, and face forward. Breathe out as you lunge and keep your toes pointing in the same direction as the knees. Inhale as you raise your arm out to the side and return to the starting position.
Repeat for 10 reps. Then switch legs.

Forward raises
To hit the front of your shoulders, stand on the middle of the band with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip the handles at your sides with your palms facing back, thumbs pointing inward.
Next, without locking your elbows, bring your right arm straight out in front of you to shoulder height.
Slowly lower back down.
Raise the roof for 8–12 reps before switching arms.

The resistance band arrived well-packaged, rolled neatly and secured, so it was in perfect condition right out of the box. The fabric has a decent feel to it, with the woven texture providing a good grip that doesn’t slide around, which is helpful for exercises. It feels sturdy enough and doesn’t seem like it’ll snap or stretch out too easily, though the resistance level is on the lighter side compared to some other bands I’ve tried. For basic workouts and stretching, it does the job fine, but it may not offer enough resistance for more intense strength training. The natural latex woven into the fabric does add a bit of durability, though it’s not a game-changer. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re after something light and easy to carry around, but nothing particularly special if you’re looking for high-resistance or heavy-duty use.

This set of x3 resistance bands arrived in a well-presented cardboard box and comes with an information sheet with a QR code for suggested resistance exercises and x3 net drawstring storage bags as well, which is very useful for taking to classes with you.The set of bands includes three resistance levels which are indicated by the colours. A light resistance level suitable for beginners (light grey – equivalent resistance of 8kg), a medium resistance level suitable for immediate users (dark grey – equivalent resistance of 13.5kg) and a heavy level resistance suitable for advanced users (green – equivalent resistance of 20.5kg), which is perfect for working your way through the stages. The resistance bands are made from cotton fabric woven with natural latex which I much prefer to the rubber versions as there isn’t any odours and the fabric versions are much more skin friendly. They stay in place well and are unlikely to snap which is much more of a risk with the rubber bands. The fabric bands feel very premium and they also feel durable as well. The bands are ideal for leg and arm resistance training to increase strength and flexibility and can be used for physiotherapy and rehabilitation too. They can be used at home or in classes and I feel like they are a great set for beginners as well. Priced at £25 at the time of reviewing, for the set of x3 resistance bands I feel like this is very good value for the quality and design – I would be happy to recommend them and they would also make a lovely gift as well.

A great quality set of resistance bands, covering a good range of weights - they're ideal for home workouts or use in exercise classes.I really like the fabric, compared to my older latex bands, these are more comfortable to use and feel more durable too. The included storage bags are handy as well. The set also includes a QR code link to some simple workouts to get you started, so it's a useful set for beginners, as well as workout pros.

🪢A great alternative to rubber resistance bands🪢Often the rubber bands have a smell that I don't like - these have no bad smell🪢Rubber bands can feel very uncomfortable next to my skin especially in hot weather - these feel nice next to the skin🪢Good difference in resistances - you can notice which band you are using🪢Great for yoga and pilates and general stretch work🪢Very much helps you maintain a particular posture🪢Packs away into neat little storage nets that can be hung up

I prefer elastic cotton bands to latex ones - they're more comfortable to use and there's almost no risk of them snapping in a painful way once they've worn out.The three different strengths are good for a variety of exercises; for ankle, arm and leg routines in my case.Coming in a neat cardboard case there's also a mesh bag to keep them fresh in storage. Basic English instructions are included, with a web link for further exercise suggestions. The price of £25 seems very fair for the quality provided.

I love the natural look and feel of these bands compared to the dusty latex ones I had before. These are easier to grip being a bit fatter and material textured. They are a good length and the set of three have the perfect range of weights/strength for loads of exercises. It's nice they came with a little storage bag as well. The general look and feel is of a quality product, and they seem durable so I'm really happy with them.

This set of three resistance bands from EatProtein comes in a nice box, which means they would make a great gift. They each have their own drawstring mesh bag - I would prefer to have one large bag in which to store all three bands, though. There's also an included QR code, which points toward several workouts. This is thoughtful but I would rather have a comprehensive wall poster, to be honest. Not everyone is able to, or wants to, follow a workout on a very small screen!I would also have liked a door anchor to have been included, in order to provide an even greater range of workouts. The bands themselves are very comfortable to use, and have varying resistances (18lbs/30lbs/45lbs). Although I haven't tried yet, I suspect that the bands could also be combined to provide even greater resistance. Alas, I am not strong enough yet to try this!Unlike my flat latex bands, these do not fold or roll up. They retain their shape, so don't dig into me, which is a huge plus. It certainly makes me want to use them more when they don't actually hurt!Overall, I feel this this is a very good set at an affordable price (£25 for three bands of varying resistance). I definitely recommend these bands.

The bands feel very strong and they can be stretched to the maximum without fear of them snapping and whipping you in the face like the latex ones. They are large loops and being thicker don’t comfortably double up if you need to make them smaller as it’s more material to grip onto. They are however more grippy just to hold shorter lengths and even with wet hands they are easier to hold. They do stretch well and you can feel the difference between the bands but they have a slightly different feel to them compared with latex which feel like they will keep stretching until they snap. These stretch and get harder to stretch until they max out but you never get the feeling they will snap which is good.No quality issues, stitched well and hopefully they will last longer than cheaper latex bands
